Pro Nailologist Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–14 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, restocks, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.
Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time is determined by the shipping service selected at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see your shipping notification.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Packages Marked Delivered
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, Pro Nailologist is not responsible for packages that are lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, and the delivery location before contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Carrier delays can occur and are outside of our control. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Pro Nailologist cannot guarantee the carrier's delivery date.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist you with the appropriate next steps. A carrier investigation or claim may be required before a resolution can be provided.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos/videos of the shipping package and damaged product. Please keep all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
Returned Packages
Orders returned to Pro Nailologist because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refused delivery, or other customer-related delivery issue may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted unless the return resulted from an error by Pro Nailologist.
Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered at checkout, customers will receive notification when their order is ready. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
